Effective date: July 16, 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Diamond Leads website and services. By using our website or requesting access to our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an access request or using any Diamond Leads service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acting on behalf of a business or in a professional capacity, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Our Services
Diamond Leads provides AI-qualified and human-verified business funding leads to brokerage partners. We identify businesses with funding interest, qualify them against defined criteria, verify key details and deliver matched opportunities to brokers in real time. We may modify, expand or discontinue features of the service at any time, and we will use reasonable efforts to notify active partners of material changes.
Accounts & Access
Access to our platform is granted at our discretion following an access request. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or these terms are being violated.
Lead Quality & Replacement
We work to ensure every delivered lead meets our published qualification and verification standards. If a lead contains invalid contact details or clearly fails our stated criteria, you may request a review within the window specified in your partner agreement. Approved claims are resolved through replacement leads or account credit. We do not guarantee that any lead will convert into funded business.
Payments & Billing
Fees, pricing tiers and billing cycles are set out in your selected plan or partner agreement. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Except where required by law or expressly stated in these terms, all fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use leads and any data we provide only for lawful business funding purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing, anti-spam and data-protection regulations. You must not resell, share or redistribute leads to third parties, use our services to harass or mislead consumers, or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with our platform.
Intellectual Property
The Diamond Leads website, platform, brand, qualification technology and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted, and you may not copy, modify or create derivative works from any part of our services.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Lead data is confidential. You agree to protect it with reasonable safeguards, use it only for the purpose for which it was delivered, and handle all personal information it contains in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination & Changes to These Terms
You may stop using our services at any time; any fees owed remain payable. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, misuse lead data or engage in unlawful conduct. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Diamond Leads is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless your partner agreement specifies otherwise.
